 Cybercrime is criminal activity done using computers and the internet. It is considered to be one of the fastest growing areas in crime. The speed convenience and anonymity that technology offers now,has been of a benefit  to criminals to commit a diverse range of criminal activities.                                                                                           
In the past cybercrime has been done by one person or a group of individuals,but an emerging trend has changed that.One of the most prominent forms of cybercrime is identity theft, where internet is used to steal a persons personal information. Cybercrime includes downloading illegal music files to steal millions of dollars from online bank accounts. It also includes  non monetary offenses, such as creating and distributing viruses  on other computers or posting confidential information online.
